PAIA Information Statement

Veloce Automobili (Pty) Ltd (“Veloce”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your right to access information in accordance with the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (“PAIA”), as amended, and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”).

This statement provides a simplified overview of the types of information Veloce may hold and the process for requesting access to information.

• Vehicle sales, purchases and consignment transactions;

Access to records will be subject to the provisions of PAIA and applicable privacy and confidentiality requirements.

3. Requesting Access to Information

A person who wishes to request access to information held by Veloce may submit a written request to our Information Officer.

The request should clearly identify:

• The information or records being requested;
• The reason the information is required, where applicable;
• The identity and contact details of the requester; and
• Any other information reasonably required to process the request.

Requests will be considered in accordance with PAIA and POPIA.

Please note that Veloce may be required to refuse access to certain information where permitted or required by law, including information relating to the privacy of third parties, confidential information, commercially sensitive information, or information protected by another legal provision.

Veloce is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with POPIA. Personal information is collected and processed only for legitimate business purposes, including vehicle sales and purchases, finance and administration, customer service, regulatory compliance, marketing where permitted, and the operation of our business.
